Todd Simpson: Flame Fighter
Synopsis:
Todd Simpson played 580 games for seven NHL teams and was the captain of the Calgary Flames. Nothing in his hockey career could have prepared him for the devastating forest fires that swept through West Kelowna in August of 2023. 35,000 people were asked to evacuate their homes but Todd chose to stay behind and fight the fire with a garden hose and a shovel.
